The bright band on the center hole and the outer dimension cutting edge must exceed 95%, which requires fine blanking to achieve. Perpendicularity of the outer cutting edge is held to 0.03mm max, and parallelism between the upper and lower faces is also 0.03mm max.

Product process: cold-rolled steel, two-up blanking, fine blanking in two hits, roller deburring, then barrel Zn-Fe plating.
