Assembly Services

For export clients in metal fabrication, a true one-stop solution is often the deciding factor. We handle full assembly in-house, from sub-component fit-up to final finished product. If your assembly includes rubber parts, plastic inserts, shafts, or other purchased accessories, we manage the sourcing and run complete inspections before shipment. Balford reviews the full deliverable so datums, tolerances, finish, and inspection stay consistent across every process handoff.
