Zhejiang Balford Mechatronics Co., Ltd., founded in 2017, operates Balford as its subsidiary factory.
We specialize in automotive stampings, precision stampings, brazing and solubilization processing, hardware machining, and brazing furnace manufacturing. Our 12,000 m² facility is fully equipped with a broad range of production and processing capabilities.
With complete in-house mold design, development, and processing, we maintain over 500 pieces of equipment across our modernized plants, giving us the capacity to handle demanding production runs.
With more than a decade of experience manufacturing motor housings, solenoid valve housings, and sensor housings, we've earned a reputation as specialists in the auto parts sector. Our recent expansion into solenoid valve and sensor housings—which require complex deep drawing—marks a key milestone for Balford.
