We build in traceability, defect prevention, and long-term reliability for high-volume supply chains.

We can manufacture medical and laboratory parts, and we have produced solenoid valve housings for a US medical device programme. Balford holds no medical certification (we are not ISO 13485 certified): we ask customers to give us the opportunity on a project basis, and to keep cleanliness and precision requirements within the range a stamping and deep drawing shop can hold. Balford holds no AS9100 certification and does not routinely machine titanium or nickel superalloys: we ask customers to give us the opportunity, and to keep cleanliness and precision requirements realistic for a general metal forming shop.
