Balford manufactures stamped and deep-drawn components for industrial equipment — valve housings, ferrules, anti-vibration bushings, brackets, lock plates and shims in steel, stainless, spring steel and aluminum. Production follows ISO 9001:2015 with IATF 16949-aligned quality controls on a 12,000 m² facility with 500+ machines.
Deep-drawn and stamped housings, ferrules and sleeves for hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies.
Stamped metal bushings and rings for rubber-bonded collars in industrial mounts.
Structural brackets, nut lock plates and hardened adjusting shims for machinery.
Flat stamped plates and drawn enclosures for control and monitoring equipment.
Selected industrial equipment projects from Balford’s production history. Material, process and application data come from each case record.
| Part Type | Typical Process Route | Key Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Valve housings & ferrules | Deep drawing / stamping → plating | Bore consistency, crimp geometry, corrosion protection |
| Anti-vibration bushings / rings | Stamping, forming | Flat flange, tight radii, ID/OD control |
| Brackets & lock plates | Stamping, bending (wire-cut dies) | Burr-free edges, consistent geometry, strength |
| Hardened shims | Blanking → heat treatment → plating | Hardness, flatness, thickness tolerance |
| Mounting plates & enclosures | Blanking, stamping, forming | Flatness, no post-stamp deformation |
Press range 25 t to 350 t; heat treatment and plating coordinated with qualified partners; inspection reports available per lot.
Balford supplies these parts from a 12,000 m² plant in Zhuji, Zhejiang, forming them on presses from 25 t to 350 t.
Stamped and deep-drawn valve housings and ferrules, anti-vibration bushings and rings, brackets, lock plates, shims, mounting plates and drawn enclosures — in carbon steel, stainless steel, spring steel and aluminum.
Yes. Prototype tooling validates the part quickly; production then runs on progressive or dedicated tooling sized for the annual volume, with in-process inspection at defined intervals.
Yes. We can reverse-engineer a simple stamped part from a sample and confirm the drawing with you before tooling. This is how an obsolete or discontinued part is normally recovered: the original drawing is gone, or the supplier has stopped making the item, so the sample is measured, the geometry is rebuilt, and the drawing comes back to you for approval before any tool is cut. It applies to parts that fit our stamping and deep drawing processes — if a sample turns out to need a process we do not run, we say so rather than quoting it.
Zinc plating, zinc-nickel, blackening and passivation are coordinated with qualified partners; hardened and plated shims are produced with the heat-treatment route documented.

Send us your 2D drawing, sample or STEP/IGES model. We will review material, tolerances, forming requirements and production volume before quoting.
