Support & Partnership

Engineering Support, Project Management and Responsive After-Sales — Built for Long-Term OEM Partnerships

We focus on thin-wall stainless deep drawing, ironing, tube stamping and precision structural parts for automotive electronics, solenoid valves, motors and industrial equipment. From engineering samples to mass production, standardized processes and transparent communication reduce the risk of sourcing deep-drawn parts in China.

WHO WE ARE

A Deep-Draw Manufacturer That Standardizes Every Process

We are an integrated metal fabrication company covering design, manufacturing, processing and trade, focused on mass production of complex deep-drawn parts such as motor housings, solenoid valve housings and sensor housings. Every process step follows a documented work standard — from die try-out to stable production, everything is traceable.

Our customer base is built on long-term cooperation: most core customers have worked with us for 5–8+ years. That comes from reliable delivery performance and a continuous improvement record — not one-off low-price quotes.

OUR JOURNEY

Milestones

From founding to becoming the long-term deep-draw partner of multiple automotive component suppliers — key milestones along the way.

2017

Factory established

Founded in Deqing, Huzhou, Zhejiang, focusing on stainless steel deep drawing and thin-sheet ironing; initial engineering and production teams formed.

2019

Entered automotive motor housing supply chain

Became a deep-draw supplier to multiple motor vendors, building stable mass-production capability around drawn motor shells and end caps.

2021

Implemented IATF 16949-aligned quality management

Formally introduced automotive quality management practices, raising process control to OEM supply-chain expectations.

2023

Expanded solenoid valve & sensor housing product lines

Added mass production of proportional valve housings and complex thin-wall parts such as oxygen / NOx sensor housings.

2025

Capacity & equipment upgrade

Added hydraulic presses, CNC lathes and machining centers — total equipment exceeds 500 units, supporting larger-volume delivery.

Deep drawing, progressive die stamping, single-hit stamping, machining, tube bending, brazing, plus stainless steel tube processing and surface treatment.

Yes. We manufacture to customer drawings or samples, and our engineering team can suggest structural improvements during evaluation to improve manufacturability and yield.

From small prototype batches to large mass-production volumes. Capacity planning is confirmed per order specifications and delivery requirements.

About 150 km from Ningbo and Shanghai ports, we typically quote FOB with dedicated trucking; DDU terms and air or sea freight are also available for smaller orders.

We specialize in forced ironing, in-die tapping, rotary trimming and side piercing — meeting wall-thickness consistency and dimensional accuracy requirements of complex thin-wall parts.

TERMS & ACCOUNTABILITY

Payment & Responsibility

To avoid ambiguity in cross-border cooperation, payment flow and each party's scope of responsibility are stated clearly up front.

Our Responsibilities

  • Production and self-inspection to the confirmed drawing / sample specifications
  • In-process inspection records and final pre-shipment inspection retained
  • Packaging plan confirmed against your transport conditions before execution
  • Proactive updates on delivery status and any exceptions

Items for Customer Confirmation

  • Written confirmation of final drawings, tolerances and material specifications
  • Specific packaging and shipping requirements
  • Coordination of payment milestones and receipt timing
  • Inspection standard and acceptance method (third-party inspection if required)
Payment note: export payments are processed through a licensed foreign-trade agency (Zhejiang International Trade Group Logistics Co., Ltd.) to keep cross-border collection compliant and traceable. Specific payment milestones (deposit / balance ratio) are agreed per order value and cooperation stage.
