Solenoid Valve Housing for Air Suspension
This deep-drawn housing is the core body for an air suspension solenoid valve (damping valve). It's held to tight tolerances on the inner diameter and concentricity, and the visible surfaces get a zinc-nickel electroplated finish for corrosion resistance.
Case Review
This housing feeds into the ECAS (Electronically Controlled Air Suspension) solenoid valve and also serves as a balancing valve. With the growing demand for air suspension in new-energy vehicles, we're one of the first domestic shops to produce ECAS solenoid valve housings, and our parts fit most major OEM platforms.
