A locker is a sheet metal box with a door, and the whole product depends on the box staying square so the doors line up. Balford fabricates lockers and storage cabinets in the sizes and configurations a project needs.

How the box is built

A locker that is out of square is a locker whose doors will not close, so the corner and the door opening drive the whole build.

Laser cut flat blanks, CNC formed folds, welded or riveted carcass
Door opening checked for squareness before the doors are hung
Hinges, handles, locks and cam catches fitted and aligned in house
Numbering, label holders and logo plates applied on request

Finish and options

Lockers normally ship painted, so the finish is part of the product.

Cold rolled steel, stainless steel 304, galvanised sheet
Powder coat in the customer's RAL colour, inside and out
Shelves, hanging rails, bases and levelling feet
Flat packed or assembled delivery, depending on the site
