Balford's published sensor housing catalogue contains 398 deep drawn metal housing configurations across 10 series, covering ABS, oxygen (O2), NOx, injector/EGT and motorcycle sensors. Each configuration lists its part code, series, material and printed dimensions in millimetres.
The dataset holds 398 configurations over 10 series. Printed sizes run from 0.5 to 66 mm tall, 0.7 to 80 mm outer diameter, 1.6 to 64 mm inner diameter and 0.25 to 1 mm wall thickness. Stainless steel dominates: 310 grade appears on 127 configurations, 316 on 57 and 304 on 47. The underlying source is Balford's printed sensor housing catalogue dated 2026-09-05.
| Dimension | Range in the catalogue | Configurations with this value |
|---|---|---|
| Height | 0.5 – 66 mm | 383 / 398 |
| Outer diameter | 0.7 – 80 mm | 381 / 398 |
| Inner diameter | 1.6 – 64 mm | 371 / 398 |
| Wall thickness | 0.25 – 1 mm | 256 / 398 |
16 of 398 configurations print at least one tolerance alongside a dimension, in the catalogue's own notation (for example 20.6±0.2 for a two-sided tolerance or 13.9-0.1 for a one-sided one).

Data caveat: 142 of the 398 catalogue rows do not print a material grade on the source page, so they are recorded as “Not stated” rather than filled in by assumption. Grade designations are reproduced as the catalogue prints them; a SUS prefix is the JIS designation for the equivalent AISI grade.
The catalogue sits inside a known production envelope, so a buyer can check fit before sending a drawing: presses from 25 t to 350 t including transfer press, maximum deep draw diameter 250 mm, a 12,000 m² facility with 500+ machines, and in-house tooling design and build. See deep draw metal stamping for the process detail, and the equipment list for the machine schedule.
398 configurations across 10 series, transcribed from the printed sensor housing catalogue dated 2026-09-05. The largest series is ABS/wheel-speed with 121 configurations.
Height runs from 0.5 mm to 66 mm, outer diameter from 0.7 mm to 80 mm, inner diameter from 1.6 mm to 64 mm and wall thickness from 0.25 mm to 1 mm.
Stainless steel dominates: 310 grade on 127 configurations, 316 on 57, 304 on 47, plus smaller counts of 301, 305, 309, 430 and 632, three copper parts and one 65Mn spring steel part. 142 rows do not print a material in the source catalogue.
ABS/wheel-speed, oxygen (O2) in three sub-series, NOx, injector and exhaust gas temperature (EGT), motorcycle, and Denso-style fitment and heat shields.

No. A catalogue entry means the configuration is producible to its printed dimensions. Whether a specific part is running, and on which tooling, is confirmed against your drawing and volume at RFQ.
Full table as CSV: part code, series, material, height, outer diameter, inner diameter, flange, centre hole, wall thickness and the catalogue page each row came from. Published without a gate so it can be checked, cited and reused.
