Balford has put its sensor housing catalogue on the website. The catalogue holds 398 configurations, grouped into series and published as browsable pages, each entry carrying the dimensions that decide whether a housing fits an existing sensor design: height, outer diameter, inner diameter, flange diameter where one applies, and the reference drawing number.
Series pages cover the exhaust-gas and oxygen sensor families used in automotive and motorcycle applications, including NOx and injector-EGT housings alongside the common O2 variants. The catalogue is generated from the same engineering data the shop works from, so a drawing number in the list can be quoted back with an enquiry rather than re-specified.

Where a housing is not in the catalogue, the same drawing review applies as for any other part: the drawing, material, quantity and functional requirements are reviewed before a route is proposed. Housings are formed on presses from 25 t to 350 t with a maximum deep draw diameter of Ø250 mm, and the shell dimensions in the catalogue are the ones that come off that equipment.
