Metal Cap for Methanol Injection Solenoid Valve
This stainless steel housing shields the solenoid coil and mounts directly on the methanol injection system's valve. The customer holds tight tolerances on the inner diameter, outer diameter, and overall height, so we verify each dimension with a Go/no-go gauge. Surface finish is also critical—no scratches, dents, or other visible defects are acceptable.
Case Review
This part is a protective shell for the solenoid valve on Nanyue Electric Control's methanol injection system. We run it through a progressive die stamping line to meet the customer's required production volume. Appearance standards are strict, so we control surface quality closely throughout the run.
Product process: 304 stainless steel coil stock is deep drawn, then cleaned, demagnetized, and annealed.
