Case Review
A stainless steel coiled tube is a single length of tube wound into a helix. Coil OD is set by the mandrel, pitch by the feed lead, and coil length by the turn count, with springback compensated in the tooling and confirmed on the first pieces. Stainless is chosen where the coil sees moisture, process media or washdown, and where it also has to stay clean in service. Coils are supplied with straight legs and formed ends, or cut to length for further bending. Tube OD, wall, leg or end geometry, and quantity are the inputs we review before quoting.
