Tightly Wound Stainless Steel Helical Coil with Tube Ends

This is the close-pitch version of our coiled tube: the turns are packed together to keep the coil short, and both tube ends are brought out straight so the coil can be connected directly into an assembly. Tight winding puts more demand on the tube, because coil diameter relative to tube OD and wall decides whether the inside of the bend wrinkles or the wall thins. We review material and wall against the coil geometry before quoting, and confirm springback on the first pieces. Coils can be supplied cut, end-formed and assembled with fittings as a finished coil assembly.
