We manufacture thin-wall aluminum deep-drawn parts. Starting with a 0.8mm 5052 aluminum disc, we run it through multiple deep draw stations to reach a final wall thickness of 0.35mm. We supply deep-drawn aluminum sleeves in various grades, forms, and dimensions to fit nearly any application.
